**Flex Brush 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee**

FlexBrush.com is committed to ensuring you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, the Flex Brush doesn't meet your expectations, you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your order's original delivery date. Here's how our return policy works:

We gladly accept returns and/or exchanges for qualifying products within 30 days from the delivery date with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  All products must be in sell-able condition and not damaged and/or tampered with.

**Returning Items Purchased from Retail Partners**  

If you've bought your Flex Brush from one of our retail partners, kindly process your return with them.

**Amazon Purchases**  

For products sold on Amazon.com, our guarantee is only valid for Flex Brushes purchased directly from Flex Brush on Amazon.com.

**For Damaged or Missing Items**  

In case your Flex Brush arrives damaged, or you find any item missing from your order:

- Use our online returns portal and choose the "Damaged or Missing Item" option.

- Retain all original packing materials, the box, and the item for inspection purposes.

- We might ask for a photograph of the damage to expedite the investigation.

**For Damaged Hair Brushes**

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • REGULAR WEAR & TEAR: Example: plastic bristles wearing out over time
  • ABUSE: Example: overheating bristles or brush with blowdryer
  • PHYSICAL TRAUMA: Example: breakage or damage not due to defect
  • REPLACEMENT BRUSH: Our warranty provides a one-time replacement (if the brush breaks within the first 90 days of purchase. Anything after 90 days will be entitled to 50% off for a one-time purchase).
    Please note that your replacement brush is not covered by the warranty.

**Items Not Eligible for Return**  

Items that were bought through third-party suppliers and retail, on promotion, damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse of the product,  and those labeled non-refundable cannot be returned for a refund or credit.

**Initiating a Return for Web Purchases**  

To smoothly process your return:

  1. Ensure the Flex Brush is unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Send it back to our Distribution Center within 14 days of receiving it.
  3. Inside your return package, include:

   - Your Name

   - Order Number

   - The reason for your return.

Remember to keep a proof of return receipt, as well as the tracking number, to help us locate your order and facilitate any applicable refunds.

**Return Confirmation & Refund Process**  

Once we inspect and approve your return:

- We'll issue a refund using your original payment method, minus the $5.99 handling fee.

- The refund process can take 7-14 business days from the day we receive your return.

Please note: We cannot reimburse original shipping charges unless the mistake was on our part.
